Heal the wound founder Amy Darvall is a Registered Nurse who is passionate about imparting knowledge to people living with chronic wound on how to #healthewound and take control to keep the wound healed.

Whether you are young or old, we all know someone who has a wound or had a wound and has a scar to tell their story.

Amy is determined to make wound care sexy, create awareness and have it spoken about.   

Amy wants everyone that knows someone or has known someone living with a wound to encourage that person to tell their story through a photo on instagram.

The funds raised through donations, crowd funding and government support will provide wound healing education to people living with a wound or people treating the wounds to heal the wound.
